The worst customer service I've dealt with. They kept pushing back the delivery date, never updated me via email and when I called there was not manager I could talk to. I was told there were a lot of upset customers because they accepted a very large corporate order that pushed back a lot of smaller orders, including mine. I had custom orders made for mothers day gifts and won't arrive on time, will arrive while I'm on vacation and will either have to sit outside until I get back or I'll have to have one of my neighbors come get it. I called multiple times and asked for a manager and was always told "we're working remotely, I can't transfer the call, they'll call you back" they don't call back. I'll never deal with them again.
While the actual customer service people I spoke with couldn't have been more helpful or apologetic, their Corporate Sales process is horriblel! I placed and order for 320 items (unbranded, just off the shelf like you could buy at a retail store) but for ease of purchase I bought direct from Yeti Corp Sales. Only half of the order shipped initially and was told the other half is on backorder. After reaching out every few days and speaking with 4 different agents, I was told the ordering system does not sync with their inventory system, so when they tell you the product is available, they really have no way of knowing when you place an order if a larger order will be fulfilled before yours resulting in yours being backordered (the ordered product is apparently not taken out of available inventory until fulfillment.) It happened to me twice. I ultimately just cancelled my order. Lesson learned. if you don't need a branded product, even if it's a large quantity, just buy from your local retail store.

Website processing times misleading for Custom Yeti
Ordered $400 of custom Yeti ramblers. Website said processing would take 1-2 weeks. 1.5 weeks later, on a Tuesday I received a shipment confirmation. By Friday UPS had still not received the package- only a label had been created. That is not the same as shipping the item.
Reached out and the CSR said customs take 2-3 weeks. That wasn’t even my question.
Finally shipped after two exchanges with Yeti and no apology for misleading the consumer. There’s enough competition out there that I don’t need to order Yeti brand ever again.
We bought a yeti flask for $50. Told it was the best. It’s rubbish! Doesn’t keep the water hot at all. We’ve been told by Yeti this is normal! WHAT????

I purchased something at Yeti for my daughter. When she came to visit we realized it wasn't what she wanted. I called them to ask how to return it and no one answered the phone. I went online and wrote them a letter stating I wanted to exchange the unopened item for the item she wanted. They said I was beyond the time of returns by one week and they refused to make the exchange for me. I wrote back saying that I was waiting for my daughter to visit and that I had tried to reach them immediately but couldn't. They didn't budge. Wouldn't make the exchange. Weren't even nice about it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It makes me so angry I want to type in caps. It was unreasonable and mean spiritied not to make the exchange for me! Poor customer service. Makes me dislike the company. I will remove their free advertising logos from my equipment and car!!!!! Don't like this company at all.
My husband received a very nice Yeti thermos as a gift with a beautiful engraving of a dog and hunter. The thermos is very nice looking and it has sentimental value as far as the engraving goes, other than that, the thermos itself isn't worth the price people pay for the Yeti name. He had a MUCH cheaper thermos that he would pour coffee into in the morning to keep it hot for me, as I sleep in, and we thought the design and aesthetic of the Yeti looked nicer and it was easier to fill with it's wider mouth. Unfortunately, all it did was keep the coffee somewhat warm, I'm talking a couple hours, not mid afternoon or anything like that. Very disappointed with the product. Glad it was a gift because I would not spend the money on it.
I ordered a cable lock, it arrived in obvious used condition, tags cut off and no original packing. Yeti said keep it and they sent another used/opened lock. I told them I want a refund and sent them the lock back. Been waiting 10 days for my refund, I called and now they are saying they issued a refund and I should call and take it up with my credit card company. I am so angry with this experience and “customer service” very, very disappointed with Yeti.
I'm more than satisfied and happy with the 710ml stainless cooler mug ! No condensation on the outside ever, whereas glass has lots. The ice lasts for so long, the lid and mug are brilliant for my Vodka, lime, soda water and ice, and no flies can get past the lid to have a swim ! I rate it 6/5... I LOVE this product. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????
For the holidays, my boss ordered 9 Yeti Hauls as gifts to his direct reports. One of the Yeti's (box and Yeti) was received damaged. The box was so bad it was not even reusable and the Yeti handles were damaged. After me dealing with awful service already, this employee's spouse had to them deal with them and they were less than helpful. They told her that before they could ship a new Yeti, she would have to find a box to ship the damaged Yeti back since the original box was damaged. I won't even get into the service I dealt with in the process of ordering 9 Yeti's. I called them at least 6 times and only one lady was incredibly helpful - unfortunately I've never gotten her again when I've called. I am appalled that a company that charges outrageous prices has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. And of course, my last phone call to them, I was told they would call me back on instructions about shipping the damaged Yeti back since I told them there was no way I was getting the employee or his spouse to find a new box and ship it back. That is either Yeti's responsibility or the shipping companies responsibility. I knew when I hung up with this person I would NEVER receive a call back and that is exactly what happened. The CEO and the SVP of Sales for Yeti should be embarrassed they run a company with such horrible customer service.
Customer Service at Yeti is absolutely horrible. I purchased two of the Hopper Soft Coolers. One for me and one for my 82 year old parents. I am unable to load and unload the cooler on my own. No way could my older parents do it. I wanted to return the other cooler but it was past 30 days and they said I could only exchange it. No problem. I wanted to get two of the Roadie24 Hard cooler. My parents hopefully could manage that. They would not allow that. You can only exchange for 1 item of equal or greater value. Ridiculous policy. I am fine with being stuck with the cooler I used and absolutely hate but not being willing to exchange the second cooler for what I want it not acceptable. Now I will be stuck with a second cooler my parents can't manage and I don't want. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Purchased a Yeti cooler because I heard they keep the ice from melting for up to 2 days. Thought it would be great to use for camping. My refrigerator is under repair and will take 2 days for the part to come in so thought thank goodness we have the Yeti cooler we will have the refrigerator fixed before we have to replace the ice. NOPE didn't even make it 24 hours and its water where as my igloo still has ice. Don't waste your money on this heavy over rated cooler.
I recently purchased a can cooler for my drinks. I was at the pool under the Florida sun. I was amazed to realize my drink was cold even though the outside of the yeti container was hot to the touch due to the sun. I am buying more yeti products for sure. I drink coffee in a mug every morning and have to reheat it. I am getting a yeti coffee mug.
